I have two forms on this page:
https://washingtonguitarschool.weebly.com/current-students1.html
The first form allows customers to make payments on a monthly basis; this is displayed correctly. The second allows customers to set up recurring payments (Jotform subscription feature). The subscription form is not displaying correctly on desktop or mobile. How can this be fixed?

It seems that you are using the JotForm app in the Weebly page for both the forms. Could you try using the iFrame embed code for the second form by changing the height to 1080px in the embed code?
Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Thanks! I tried this and now the form has a scrolling option, but it doesn't display at full width on the browser. Ideally I would like the whole form to be visible top to bottom (with no need to scroll down) and for it to be full width just like the form above it

Could you change your IFrame code to the second code below :
You form should be displayed as expected after that.
