Hi,
How to get the Full Source Code of your Form
In this guide, the source code mean, your form is going to be embedded via this javascript source code under your web site.
After copy and embed under your site via this javascript code, this javascript source code is going to locate the real form that you have created and you can able to see and access the real form source.

The reason why those options are not visible is because you are using the card form layout (One Question in One Page).
You need to switch your form to the old layout in your form settings (All Questions in One Page).
