My account is a sub-user account from our office. I can't seem to find the main account from our office, as well as the files there. The main account username is vincerap.
Also, I can't seem to click and edit the file I asked you to transfer from my personal account. The file was transferred to this account, but I can't click and edit it.

I have checked your account and I can see that there is a problem on your 'My Forms' page.

You will be able to see your shared folders now. There was an unexpected case occurred on our end which should be fixed now.
