I already posted this issue on the forum but I would like it if someone could call me or email. I just recently received a submission on a form that is identical to mine but its not mine. I called the person and told me the wesite in which she filled it out at and its not mine. This company has duplicated my from on their website and I am getting all of their submissions which contains alot of personal information about clients financials.
My problem is not that they duplicated the form. My problem is why is it that I am getting their submissions??? And is it possible that these people are getting mine??

That would seem logical but in fact, they will not be getting any submissions meant for you. That's because your form has been configurted to submit the information to you. That goes for the stolen form as well. That's why you're getting submissions from that one too.
What that company did was futile and just plain wrong.
By the way, as soon as I post this message, you will be automatically emailed.
