JotForm analytics: Form views & form access

I am using the free plan at the moment but may need to upgrade, depending on form submissions.

A couple of questions. 

When I was compiling the form. I was previewing it and the form views kept going up. Nobody else had the link.

Checking the form analytics, there are names of people who have viewed and completed the form. There are also just ip addresses. On checking some of those ip addresses, I wouldn't expect people to be viewing the form in some of those places as the form is private. It isn't on any website or anything and is only sent as a private link. Can the form be viewed by anyone?

A form view basically occurs each time the form is loaded. But it will not count if you are testing or previewing.

Can the form be viewed by anyone?

Yes anyone with the URL can access the form.
