    Hi Aytekin, I have a challenge and want to see how you may be able to help me get it resolved. We contracted with your company about two years ago to utilize your jotform application. My web designer at the time, Julius Ross, signed up for the application using his personal e-mail address and my credit card. He left the company shortly afterwards and now we need to get into the account to make some changes to a form and generate some additional forms. He gave us the e-mail address with the password being the same word password. It doesn't work. We contacted your support team and they suggested we sign in to the account and change the contact information. But as earlier stated we can't get into the account using with the password: password. We just got an e-mail about our bi-annual subscription payment about to be billed and we can not even update the credit card information. Can you help us get out of this going around in circles with access to our account. We have tried to contact Julius several times but he is on to bigger and better things so no response.     It seems that the account is associated with the email: 

    Can you still access that email? If yes, you can just use a password reset to have a new password for your account.
