Not receiving notifications for Membershp Verification Jotform Only

    There may be a problem with the membership Verification Jotform and need your expertise. The same emails are listed in other jotform notifications and they are working correctly.

    Hi Technology_HAC,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    I also checked your account email history and I can confirm that we sent an email for the latest submission made to the form:

    Can you please try checking your Spam folder to see if the email went there? If not, I would suggest adding noreply@jotform.com to your email contact list to prevent your email provider from blocking emails from Jotform. I've cleared your form caches to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you try making a test submission to your form and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Unfortunately this is the same answer you keep providing regarding this issue. Do you know why the other Jotfoms are working fine and notifications are being sent to the same emails and received successfully? There is no issue with blocking Jotform emails. It seems that the issue is isolated to only this Jotform.

    Hi Technology_HAC,

    Can I confirm if all recipients here are not receiving the notification email?

    Are they receiving the notification emails from the other forms without any issues? Could you try deleting your current notification email, then create a new one? Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

    Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

    • While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

    • Next, select Notification Email.

    • Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field. Then, click on Save.

    Confirming that all other Jotforms with same email addresses are working.

    I also tried with your recommended several times already and again just now and notifications for this Jotform seem to be broken.

    cherina@swbell.net was used on Jotform - not received and not sure why

    technology@dsthoustonalumnae.org is listed as the notification email.

    I checked and cherina@swbell.net was in our bounce list. I have removed it from the list, could you try checking again?

    Problem was related to a Global Filter that flagged "Membership" in the title of the Jotform and this issue caused a problem with the email notifications.


    Problem solved.
