There isn't any special way to push data from submitted data (in your form) to Infusion soft if you meant to push the existing data, as far as I know, that will not work.

If you need to update existing data on the Infusionsoft side, that is possible, simply select "Update existing contact" under the Duplicate Check option in the integration wizard:

do you think just downloading the contacts and then just upload to InfusionSoft manually would be the best option?

I thought there was a way to resend submissions?

Unfortunately, as my colleague said, there is no way to push it from our end. 

So, you need to upload it manually.
