Requesting edit access to a google sheet integration

Hello,

I am working on the existing Form from the previous year. It is not letting me integrate/create a google sheet for the current year.

We would also like to know how to edit the name of the integrated Google sheet. Currently, we only have view access and cannot request edit access. Please let us know the email address the request is being forwarded to.

We would appreciate the Jotform team reaching out to us ASAP.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid there is no option to check on what Google account was the form integrated. Are you able to access this folder link where the form submissions are being sent?
