How to connect Stripe to the form so it will display the payment input details

Labels for the credit card on check out page not showing up

the form is not embeded it is just being used as a link. they do not even show in the preview.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The form is not connected to your Stripe account. You have to connect it so it will display the credit card input details. Let me show you how:

1. On the Form Builder page, click on the payment field, and then click on the wand icon on its right.
2. On the Payment Settings, click on the settings icon at the top most corner.
   
3. Then click on the Connect button.
   
   
4. Login to your Stripe account and that's it.
