I have several different forms that I am working with. All seem to be working fine besides one. I have been able to download excel reports for all forms besides one. I can see the from data in the inbox but the system will not generate a full report. Is there anything wrong with the software that could be preventing this?

To my understanding, you can see the submission data in your email inbox but not in the submission panel or report.
Could you please provide the form link so we can investigate it further?

This is the link to the form submissions. All data fo the form is not showing up and it will only download 3 fields.

I checked the Submission Panel and I can see that a lot of fields are not enabled. Please activate the fields you want to show on your PDF or report.
