Unable to lodge completed form

    Hi,

    I have been receiving entries through a form I have made. In the last couple of days prospective entrants have been unable to lodge the completed forms.

    I have tried too and the button that says continue at the bottom of the form is not working. There is no error message or anything. I haven't knowingly changed any setting or anything, but clearly something has changed. I have received around 20 entries so the form was originally working.

    What is likely to be the cause of this?

    Hi Blair,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the form (240608892720055) and I didn't see any issue. I also cloned the form and I was able to submit a test submission. Is it okay if we submit a test submission to your form and see if we can find any issues?

    Can you try submitting a test submission and let us know how it goes? Please remember that you need to click the Sign Document button after submitting the form because you have Signature field on your form.

    Thank you for getting back to us. I went ahead and submitted a test submission to your form. It is working fine on my end. Can you try it also and see how it goes?

    Hi, I've just had a go and have been able to enter someone. I'm not sure what the problem was but it's working now. It will have undoubtedly been somethign I have accidentally done but I don't know what it was.
