Account got suspended.

    I am the webmaster for We use JotForm for product order forms. Today I tried to login to the account ( and found the account has been suspended. We do not gather credit card info on any of our forms, so I cannot understand why the account has been suspended. 

    Note: Several years ago our forms collected credit card data, but we removed the fields after JotForm eliminated the option in a standard (non-gateway) form. We are not aware of any failure to follow Terms of Service.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Upon checking all of your forms, I have found one of your form that collects credit card information. I have deleted the fields and reactivated your account.
