Payment submissions limit is almost consumed.

It says I'm almost out of space, but I just signed up and I have an upgraded plan.

This is because you have almost consumed all of your payment submissions for this month.

Please note that Bronze plan only allows you to have 10 total submissions every month. Once consumed, you will either have to wait for the counter to reset (done every 1st of the month) or upgrade to a higher plan.
