why is my form payroll limited to 3 payments

Unfortunately, free users are limited to 3 payment submissions. Once this limit is reached, the payment feature on your account shall be disabled and shall be restarted on the next month.

However, if you upgrade your subscription to a higher plan, you can get more payment submissions per month. You can check out this pricing page to know more about the limits per account: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
