Form tabs are not showing

Update...I just saw the form tabs feature and think this is the answer.

The problem is that I can't get the tabs to show. I see the widget, but not the tabs.

What am I doing wrong?

I checked the GT Payment Form from your account and see that you've successfully added the Form Tabs widget. However, this widget requires a form that has multiple pages. These pages will then be used by the widget as tabs in the form. Let me show you how to add another page, and how the form tabs widget works:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left.
• Next, select the Page Break element and drag it to where you'd like to have the new page start. 
• Then, your form tabs will automatically create tabs on them when the form is published.
