How to remove approval flow process

remove approval flow from AOD because we want to use it for the cloned approval flow

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In the Form builder, go to the Settings page. Click the Approval Flows tab and then hover your mouse over the Approval Form area. Click the Gear icon and select Disable or Delete.

It's quite easy to remove the approval flow process from your AOD form. Here are the steps you need to follow:

1. Open your form from your Jotform dashboard to launch the Form Builder.
2. Click SETTINGS on the top.
3. Click APPROVAL FLOWS in the left pane.
4. Hover over your APPROVAL form on the right.
5. Click Settings
6. Click DELETE

thanks i have done this but when i want to select the form option on the clone approval then it still shows greyed out

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked all of your forms, and they appear to still have approval flows in them. Can you try to delete them completely? Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
