Hello ebmarketing1986,
Thank you for reaching out to us for help. Yes, you can add hyperlink on the form by using the Paragraph Element. Let me show you how:
- Add the Paragraph Element in your Form
- Click on Edit on the Element Properties to open the Paragraph Body
- Enter the Text you want to hyperlink and click on the chain icon to hyperlink it by adding the URL and then click OK to save
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Hi Myla,
Not exactly what I would like to do.
I would like to click on the logo image, then will be redirect to the other website. So the hyperlink is actually embedded into the logo image. Thanks!

Here is a quick way to make your image logo hyperlinked and redirect to another site when your visitors click on it.
- Open the Form Builder.
- Select your image.
- Click the Properties gear icon.
- Select ADVANCED.
- Toggle ON Link Image and add the URL of your desired website next to it.

Hi ebmarketing1986,
Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a hyperlink to the form logo. I recommend you use the Image element instead. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down to Basic Elements, drag and drop the Image element to your form.
- Under the General tab, click on Choose File and then upload or select your image.
- Once the image is added, click on the Advanced tab.
- Toggle On the Link Image switch and then enter the link into the text box next to it. That's it.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Ms Lam,
Thanks for getting back to us. It's currently not possible to put a redirect link to your form logo. But as a workaround, you can use the Image element, which you can put at the top part of the form's first page, and add a link to the image. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
- Under Basic, scroll down to see Image. Drag and drop it onto your form.
- Click on the field's Gear icon, and click on Choose a File under the Basic tab to upload an image.
- Go to the Advanced tab, and toggle Link Image. Put the link in the field beside the toggle.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
