Need more information on the forms and submissions for Bronze plan

Hi - I am an aromatherapist and massage therapist. I have two different massage forms I need to issue to clients; one is a full consultation form for new clients and the other is a brief follow-up consultation form. A few questions please?

Can I create two forms under one plan? 

With the bronze plan, does this mean that a max. of 25 forms can be submitted per month? 

Reference 'receive 10 payments' statement - what does this mean, payment by whom and for what? I'm trying to understand the terms.

Can I create two forms under one plan? 

Yes. If you are referring to Bronze subscription plan, you may create up to 25 forms in the account.

With the bronze plan, does this mean that a max. of 25 forms can be submitted per month?

With the bronze subscription plan, you can receive up to 1000 submissions in total for  a month.

Reference 'receive 10 payments' statement - what does this mean, payment by whom and for what?

You may also receive payments through JotForm by adding one of the payment methods to the form. Each payment received through a form submission is considered as payment submission. You can receive up to 10 payment submissions in a month on a Bronze subscription plan.
