Unable to find submissions

I have asked about this twice now, and I have received 85 submissions to my email account, but none of them are on the Forms page. The Forms page says I have the forms but nothing is loading into them. HELP

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues locating the submissions. After checking, there are two OSCA AllState Soccer on your account which has the submissions. This form is located under your Archive folder. Let me show you how:

1. While in your My Forms page, click on Archive at the left panel.
2. Hover your mouse to the form and click on More.
3. On the options showing, click on Submissions.
