My forms are not attaching the PDF's set up

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. To confirm, is the PDF attached in your Autoresponder Email not sent? If so, when I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you tell me if both of the 3 Autoresponder Emails attached PDFs were not included when the email was sent? Is the PDF sent in URL? Can you try deleting your current PDF Document and re-create a new one to see if we can isolate if this is related to the PDF document issue? Here's how:

    1. From your Form Builder, click on the Dropdown arrow, then select PDF Editor.
    2. Under the PDF Editor page, click on the + New PDF tab, then select New PDF Document.

    Now, here's how to attach your new PDF Document to your Autoresponder/Notification Email:

    1. Once you create your new PDF Document, go back to your Form Builder, and on the orange navigation bar click on Settings.
    2. On the left panel, select Email.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Email Notification, then click on the Pen icon to Edit.
    4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle On the PDF Attachment option, choose the New Document, then click on Save.

    Sorry, sent you the wrong form, its the link above that is not sending off the PDF's when submitted through the emails.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for getting back to us with the correct form link. I checked your form and can see here that there's an error with your Autoresponder emails, that the attached documents are missing which I believe is the PDF file, here's a screenshot:

    You will need to fix this by attaching the PDF. It's easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Now, click on Emails in the left panel.
    3. Next, hover your mouse on the Autoresponder Email and click the Pencil Icon.

    4. Now, click on Advanced tab.
    5. Then, under Attach PDF, select the PDF that you wish to attach for that specific autoresponder email.My forms are not attaching the PDFs set up Image 3 Screenshot 72
