Why do I need to upgrade my account?

    Hi... I have only 3 forms and no views, my current plan is $5 per month, but I still got the message that I need to upgrade my account.

    Could you please help me with this issue.

    Your account went beyond the form views limit.

    This is because it is in the Storage level, that means your account only has more room for submissions, but still holds the same limits as the starter level.

      What can I do to reset all this numbers? or the only way to fix it is
    to upgrade my account, I just did that one hour ago to $5 monthly.

    Upon checking your payment, it shows that you have paid for the "Storage" plan only. You will need to upgrade to either Bronze or Silver plan. This is because you have already consumed the maximum number of SSL submission for the Storage plan.

    If you upgrade to Bronze or Silver plan, the $5 amount will automatically be subtracted to the total amount of Bronze or Silver package.
