Consolidate submission data from the same user when creating a report

I would like to request a change be made to forms to create a more user friendly report and experience. We have forms that allow multiple submissions from one person (ex: we have a summer camp form that allows one parent to select multiple camps for their child to participate in). When a report is generated each submission will list the name of the camper along with all the camps they are participating in. I am requesting that an option be made so that you can select a camper name and then each camp they are attending separately. (ex: susan smith signed up for art camp, sports camp, and swimming-currently on the submissions report it is listed as that -susan smith-art camp, sports camp, and swimming; new proposal would be separate entries-susan smith art camp, susan smith sports camp, susan smith swimming).

I hope that i have explained this and would be something that could perhaps be worked on so that we can have more detailed and separated information.

We appreciate your time and help.

    Thank you

    Hi MagnoliaSchool,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We do have an option in the reports where you can apply filters. For example, you can filter the name:

You should be able to see the number of responses from the same person:

    And what are the responses:

Let us know if this works for you.
