When I try and use my form, my uploaded items dont get sent to my google drive.

Can you please try to delete your current integration and create a new one.

Hi, our apology for any inconvinience caused. As discussed over chat support, I was able to reproduce your issue both on your form and even on my test form.

sorry for the inconvenience,
the issue was with a malfunctioning server of ours and it should be resolved by now. i am closing the ticket. please feel free to update this thread if you keep getting similar errors.
