Save the form as a PDF or an image instead of submitting it

Is there a way to have the form "save as" (pdf or image) instead of "submit"? I would like users to be able to complete the form and then click a button to save it to their device as a PDF or image with unique names. I do not want the responses submitted anywhere.

    Hi emstemplates,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To be able to capture the data entered by the respondents, they will need to submit the form. We do have an option where the responders can download a PDF copy of the form submission; Let me walk you through it:

    • On the orange navigation toolbar, go to the Settings tab.
    • Select Thank You Page from the left panel.

Save the form as a PDF or an image instead of submitting it Image 1 Screenshot 50

    • Click on Action Buttons.

    • click on Download PDF.

    • Then choose from the PDFs to be downloaded, if there are multiple PDFs created in the form.
