I guess that's possible using Custom URL as your thank you page. So, after they're redirected to Paypal and completed the payment process, they'd be able to download your eBook. To do that just follow the guide that you've just viewed: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission. Make sure you've already created a thank you page where your form users we'll be redirected to. You can use this code so the file would automatically pop-up, just replace the highlighted URL to your file URL.
<iframe width="1" height="1" frameborder="0" src="http://mysite.com/path/file.zip"></iframe>
Regarding on a single product, it will not be displayed on your form because it's already selected by default. But, in order to show it, you just need to create another free product and then hide it using CSS code. If you need help with css, just let us know.
Another way to do this would be the autoresponder email. Just add the download link to your hosted file and when somebody pays they get the email with the download link in it.
Hope this helps. Feel free to update us if you have any further questions. Thank you!
