Wondering if you can help me here.
I have a bronze account with a Jotform table/Form. I started using the Jotform e-sgin as well.
My colleage created her own starter user for her to use. Does it make sense that we can both view the same Jotform Table/Form from each of our logins?
Is there a number I can call to speak with someone as it may be more clear to discuss over the phone?
Thank you!

Hi Marbles_HR,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread. May I verify that you would like to share your Jotform Tables with your colleagues? If yes, We have a Share button on the right side of the Jotform Tables page that you can use to share your Tables page with others. Let me show you how:
- On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.
- Click on Share Settings and select Private Table/Public Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:
- Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
- Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.
- Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
You can check this guide about How to Share Your Submission Tables with Jotform Tables and Collaborate.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
