Jotform Tables: Share the Tables

Wondering if you can help me here.

I have a bronze account with a Jotform table/Form. I started using the Jotform e-sgin as well.

My colleage created her own starter user for her to use. Does it make sense that we can both view the same Jotform Table/Form from each of our logins?

Is there a number I can call to speak with someone as it may be more clear to discuss over the phone?

    Thank you!

    Hi Marbles_HR,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread. May I verify that you would like to share your Jotform Tables with your colleagues? If yes, We have a Share button on the right side of the Jotform Tables page that you can use to share your Tables page with others. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.
    2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table/Public Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:
    3. Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
    4. Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.
    5. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people. Jotform Tables: Share the Tables Image 1 Screenshot 20

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

You can check this guide about How to Share Your Submission Tables with Jotform Tables and Collaborate.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
