    Merci

    Apel Gerson

    Hi Apel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, to clarify, regarding with your first question, you would like a possibility for volunteers to register for several time slots, without filling out the form again? If that is correct, then I suggest adding an Email Address element and setting up a Unique field. The Unique Field means that if the volunteers already entered their email address in your form before, and if they filled out your form again, they will no longer able to submit it.

Additionally, I suggest adding Appointment elements to your form, where the volunteers can select multiple time slots. Let me show you how:

First, adding an Email Address element:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Basic tab, search for the Email Address element and add it to your form. Appointment field: Allow respondents to select more than one timeslot Image 1 Screenshot 60

    Setting up the Unique Field:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Then click on Show More Options.Appointment field: Allow respondents to select more than one timeslot Image 2 Screenshot 71
    3. Scroll down to Unique Field.
    4. In the dropdown, select Email.Appointment field: Allow respondents to select more than one timeslot Image 3 Screenshot 82

    Adding the Appointment element:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Basic tab, search for the Appointment element and add it to your form. Appointment field: Allow respondents to select more than one timeslot Image 4 Screenshot 93

That's it, if they used the same email in registration, they will not be able to submit the form again. I will also show you that they can select multiple times slot in the Appointment element. Check out my screencast below to see my results:

To avoid confusion, as for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here:

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello,
thank you so much for your answers that have helped a lot. Except one
    problem.
I have tried to follow your instructions but it is still impossible to book
two time slots for one person.
For example, if someone want to book at 9:00 and at 10:00, I am ok but how
to make it possible please ?
(I could make different appointments for each time slot but I would be much
    too long)

    Hi Apel,

Thanks for getting back to us. While the feature of selecting more than one timeslot in a single Appointment field that you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.
