Getting an Unauthorized Access You need to login as warning message and cannot sign up for a new account

I can't seem to login and I can't set up a new acct associated with this email? Please help!

I checked and I can't find any account linked to your email address. Can you try signing up for an account via our Sign Up Page here after clearing your browser's form cache or using another browser?

Can you go ahead and try it and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
