from the forms that i receive, it indicate that i was suppose to receive money from paypal but i dont see it in my account.
please let me know what's going on

I have checked your submissions. As you can see in the below screenshot, you have 2 incomplete payments from your form.
After the clicking 'Incomplete Payments' button on your form's submissions page, you can view all the incomplete payment submissions. This means the user has filled your form but did not complete the payment process.
We have tested to submit your form. We were able to redirect to the payment page. Then, we did not complete the payment process and it was shown in your form's submissions 'Incomplete Payments' section.
