Can't upload encryption key, button is not working

    I am trying to view my submissions on my form "Executive Advisory Service Agreement (60601)" and the pop up for uploading encryption key pops up. When I try to click "Browse Files" nothing happens. Tried clicking "Forgot private key?" as well just to try and nothing happens when I click that either. Tried dragging the file from desktop to "Upload your private key here" and it just redownloads it to my computer instead of uploading it.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. When I checked your submissions and tested the browse files button, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

If the issue persists, can you tell us which browser you are using? If you are using Google Chrome, you can check this guide on how to fix the issue.
