    Hi,

    There maybe a conflict with Jotform JS Scripts and your site Scripts so I would suggest to use iframe method. http://www.jotform.com/help/148-How-to-get-your-Form-s-Iframe-Code and adjust the height if necessary and make Scrolling to Yes.

    Hi,

    Since you are using iWeb, the simpliest way to solve this is to increase the HTML snippet where you've pasted your form embed code, this should be done on your iWeb Program. Just hold the snippets holder and drag it down to increase its size until you get the desired result. Be sure to publish the page after editng.
