We upgraded the incorrect account

    I share all my forms with my supervisor with full access. She recently upgraded her subscription from Bronze to Silver. Because I've shared all my forms, she assumed that the benefits of the Silver subscription would translate to my account allowing me to remain the admin of our account and ad more sub-accounts. Is there anyway to transfer that subscription upgrade to my user account?

    Though we cannot move the subscription from one account to another, we can definitely cancel and refund the subscription applied to the incorrect account.  Let us know which account was upgraded erroneously and we will take care of the refund.

    Yes, please cancel the upgrade to the account associated to hrollins@mphi.org. The receipt number is #2991-1940. Please email a confirmation of the refund to both myself (kchubb@mphi.org) and smiller@mphi.org. Thank you!

    I cancelled the subscription for the mrspeaches98 account and refunded the payment.  The refund should post to the card within the next 7-10 business days.
