I made a mistake creating my JotForm because I don't know what it is and how to recreate but it is not responding

can't afford to lose it I would love to restart everything a fresh and

Just to clarify, the form that you filled up was created by a JotForm user. He/She is using our service to create online forms.

We can only delete your JotForm account but not the submission you made to that form. You need to get in touch with him/her regarding this application.
