I need to transfer an account to a different email

    I need to transfer this entire account to a different email but Jotform keeps saying the email is associated with another jotform account and won't let the password be reset

    Hello Helen,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the email that you're trying to use to change the current email in your account?

    Additionally, if you want to use an email that is already connected to another account you will need to delete the account first. However this will not free the email as the account will stay in thrash for 30 days. The faster way is to use 3 emails. Let me walk you through it:

    1. We will need three emails: your current email on this main account, the second one is the email you want to use to replace your first email, and this second email is connected to the second account. The third email is an email that you have not used yet in Jotform.

    2. The third email will be used to change the email in the second account. This will free up the email connected to the second account and will allow it to be used in your main account.

    3. After freeing the email from the second account, you can now use it to change the email in your main account.
