Hello, I am confused at why one of my forms is not coming through to my inbox. Please can you advise?

It could be one of a number of issues. First thing to do would be to check your spam folder to see if your email client is mistaking the message for junkmail. If you have other forms that work correctly, then it's more likely to be a typo in the recipient address that you used when setting up your form. To check this, open the problem form in your form builder/editor window. Click Email Alerts > Notification > Reply-To and Recipient Settings.
