We have had our account banned for what ever reason. This is the 7th time someone from our office has tried to get in contact with you. What do we need to do to regain access to your account 

I checked for any accounts associated with your IP address and was unable to find any.  I unblocked your last IP but if your office IP is still blocked, let us know the IP and we can check that one as well:
