Signature image is not loading in the Approval emails

    When approvers receive an e-mail with the request, the signature image is not displayed (see below). We have modified our account security permissions so you don't need to login to view images (see our security settings below). What can we do to make the signatures display on the e-mail? If the approver goes into their online portal, they see the signature image.

    Hi parasolwest,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Try to remove the signature Unique Name from the email message and then add it back. This may refresh the field connection with the email. After that, submit a test submission to check if it will now display the signature image. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Approval Workflow page, click on the Approval Element, and then click on the gear icon on its right.
    2. On the Approval Properties on the right, click on the Edit Email button.
    3. The Approval Request Email Properties will pop up, go to the Email tab.
    4. Delete the signature Unique Name.
    5. Click on the Form Fields button at the top and then click on the Signature field to add the Unique Name back. Signature image is not loading in the Approval emails Image 1 Screenshot 20
