Errors with cart/shopping bag

    People are filling out our form and the getting to the payment window and getting an error. The error says" There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing. But there aren't any errors. Also - the shopping bag is showing multiple items in the bag even though you have only added one item.

    I checked your form but I could not reproduce the same issue at this time.

    Please take note that in your Payment field both the items/products are *Required . So both items must have be selected and have Quantity. If the user skip/ignore any of the item, the form will prompt the *Required validation error.

    in your screenshot, the item 10x6 Outdoor Space have no Quantity -- hence the error alert.

    This form has been live since November. We have had 150 people successfully fill out the form and make payments without adding a quantity for the outdoor space option. Why would this suddenly become a problem?

    I was not able to replicate the issue as well. I did a test submission in your form and it was successful. After completing all the required fields and submitting the form, it redirected me to the PayPal check out page. Here's a screen capture:

    I can also verify that you only have 1 product right now. Are you still experiencing this problem on your end? May we know what browser are you using?
