Subscription renewal

My records show that my jotform subscription expires next week but I cannot find a link to renew for another year. Please let me know my next steps.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your Jotform subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method enrolled on your account.  So if you opted for a yearly plan, it will automatically renew one year after your initial purchase.
