Information on W9 fillable PDF is not pushed to the Submission table after form was submitted.

I put the w9 in as a widget, but when i open a submission for it, the w9 form is not there. I had previously built it into the form, but the information needs to be in the w9 format/downloadable pdf. I have read the help forums and tried following the instructions but I am not having a lot of luck. Please Help!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since the W9 form is embedded on another form using iFrame Embed, the submissions from the W9 form will still go through the W9's submission table. Also, keep in mind that the user must still click on the Submit Button on the Embedded form and not just the Submit button on the main form, as not pressing it will not push the submission through. Here's a screenshot for more context:

The submit button labeled 1 must first be clicked before hitting the 2nd Submit button for the W9 submission to push through. Failure to do so will not push the data entered on the embedded form.

I suggest, making it a single form with no embedding for both data to be forwarded to the same Submission Table.

Thanks for getting back to us. Let me show you how to see the submissions of the embedded form:

• Log in to your account, go to My Forms then select All Forms.
• Select the W9 form then click on Submission.

• Under Table, you will be able to see the signed document.
