Can I share the submissions table with my team members?

I have a form that I would like everyone in my team to be able to view and see all submissions from other members in the group. I would only like the other members to be able to fill out/ view the form and the other submissions, but not edit the original form. Is this possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just so I understand, you want to allow your members to view all the submissions collected by one of your forms. If so, yes, you can share your submissions with Jotform Tables. It's easy. Let me show you how:

1. In My Forms, hover over your form and click on More on the right.
2. Click on Submissions.
3. Click on Share near the top right.
4. Click on Create Link to generate a link that you can share with your team members, or you can enter their email addresses in the Invite By Email box.

After following these steps, the team members you've shared the table with will be able to view the submissions. Don't worry, by default, they can only view the submissions and can't edit them nor will they be able to edit the form.
