    Hi, I initially set up a form starting with the Blue Envelope Template. I then modified it to add more fields, then decided that I no longer wanted to use the template. I checked the forum and found a similar posting, asking how to remove the template, so I followed the instructions, going to themes and choosing default. The blue envelope is still there in the background and won't go away! How can I remove this? Click on "contact" at the URL indicated below to see what I'm talking about. Thanks.

    Hi,

    You have to remove the injected custom CSS coding for the background;

    1. Setup and Embed

    2. Preferences

    3. Form Styles

    4. Go to "Inject Custom CSS" section, find and remove;

    .form-all{

    background:url('https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/global/6332_bg_envelope.png') no-repeat;

    float:left;

    padding-left: 54px;

    padding-top: 0px !important;

    width: 480px;

    height: 578px;

    }

    Hope this helps and let us know for questions. Thanks
