Image not sending to Slack

Hi there,

We have recently switched from Formsite to JotForm for all of our employee forms and checklists. Our employees need to upload a photo for task verification in their opening and closing checklist. However, we are facing an issue where the image is not appearing in the Slack thread when attaching it in the zap through Zapier. This makes it difficult for us to verify the tasks and download each image separately. Can you please advise on how we can fix this problem and get the image to appear in the Slack thread?

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
