Hello, I am trying to create a simple Jotform app where users from my Organization can order products. I have the products list setup. Each Product in my organization has a unique ID. I don't want to display this Unique ID in the list itself but hide it from the end user. But based on what item the user selects, I want the table/submissions to have that unique Id associated with the order items to appear so that the order processing team can work based on that ID. Is this possible?

Hi Anshul,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, this is not possible with the Jotform App. Ordered products will show in the tables automatically, however we cannot provide them a specific unique ID. This is only possible in tables if you are using a Jotform App, which requires you to add a particular column and manually enter the Unique ID for each product ordered. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, add or insert a new column.
- In the Add a New Column dialog, select Short Text.
- Enter a Column Name and click Create Column.
We can also have the unique IDs of those products automatically in a submission, but this is only applicable to standard forms. Check out the demo form.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
