alignment issue in my form

could you please tell me that there is some alignment issue in my form.

as i have shared a screenshot with you i want that sequence of fields in row should repeat as Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday and so on.
but when you see my form its not repeating properly as Tuesday field box is coming with Monday row fields.

1) Add a new field to your form.

2)Click on the field that you added last, Go to Question Properties by clicking the gear icon which is located on right side of the field.

3) Go to "Advanced" tab under the Question Properties.

4) Enable "Move to new line" option.

5) Then you will be able to add the Tuesday and its related additional fields on a new line.
