I'm trying to print out my survey but it doesn't print all the information. How can I get all the verbal response instead of the number of responses?

    Hi Janet,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The report URL you shared was already expired. However, if you are referring to responses that do not display all of the information. To see all of the responses, you must increase the option limit. Let me show you how:

    1. In Report Builder, click on the field's Gear icon to open chart settings.
    2. Go to Data tab and increase the Option Limit.

Not all responses are displayed when the report is printed Image 1 Screenshot 40But even if you display all of the responses in a chart. Unfortunately, due to PDF format limits, the data that appears will be limited. As you can see in the screencast below, I have 6 different responses, and when I preview it, I can scroll down to see them, but when I click print, it only shows three.

Not all responses are displayed when the report is printed Image 2 Screenshot 51 The only method to display all of the data in PDF reports is to include many charts, each of which displays one visible area of the chart at a time.

    1. In Report Builder, click on the Gear icon for the first chart and uncheck all of the response that are not visible when viewed.
    2. Click Add Slides to add another page.
    3. Add another chart and deselect all of the responses on the first slide that are already shown. This is only an example, the first slide can only have ten different form responses in PDF. Then, In the second slide, pick the form responses that do not appear in PDF when printed.

Not all responses are displayed when the report is printed Image 3 Screenshot 62 As a result, the additional responses that are not presented will be displayed on a new slide, allowing you to print them separately rather than all together on one slide.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

I go to Report Builder and when I click on the gear icon all it brings up is a black column that says Slide Settings and I don't see anything that says Data Tab? What am I missing?

    Hi Janet,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you record a video of the issue using Loom and share the URL of the video in this thread? This way we will be able to better understand what is going on.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
