Zapier/Google Calendar: The time field is not able to send properly to the Google Calendar

    hey,

    i have integrated my jotform with google calendar using "zapier" which is known as "Create Google Calendar event from new JotForm submission"

    but unfortunately its not creating my all jotform submissions in google calendar.

    could you please help me in creation of connection.

    i have given you my form url. this form should be integrated to my google calendar.

     if you see the screenshot its only updating last submission of my form but not with correct timings which i have already filled in my form.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Please try redoing the integration process. Remove the existing integration and then reconnect Jotform with Google Calendar again.

    i tried both of the URLs but it didn't worked for me.
    all i need is your some guidance about it.
    because when i am filling the form my event is not creating on google
    calendar.
    could you please help me and guide me step by step.

    - Make a Zap from this link.

    - You can follow these steps to make a Zap in the below screencast:

    By following steps above I have created a Zap and submit your form's clone to check further.

    The first one is the test submission which I have sent and the second one is the real submission.

    I could see the submitted dates as expected as you can see in the below screenshot:

    Please note that it may take a while to get the dates to your calendar since the Zap checks your new submissions every 15 minutes.

    Firstly, your attached first screenshot is not available to view. Could you
    please send that again ? i have missed the initial steps to connect zapier
    from my jotform to google calendar.
    secondly, why its not picking the correct start time and end time? please
    see the below screenshot.
    please let me the way out and guide me the steps to resolve this issue.

    As you can see its not picking the correct start time and end time. 

    why not ? 

    and my new submissions are also not updating after 15 minutes

    After checking the problem further, I am able to replicate it.

    Firstly, I made a submission to clone of your form as you can see in the below screenshots:

    It seems the system took my computer's current time when I use 'Time' field for the time.


    Also, I opened time field option in the Date Picker field. This one did not work, too.

    I have not experienced the 'not updating' problem. I suggest you re-integrate your form with the Zapier as I showed above.

    I am escalating the time problem to our development team. We will be informing you, once the problem is resolved.

    Hi there,

    Zapier fetches only new submissions, so that is the reason why only the last submission on your form was added to Google Calendar.

    As for the incorrect time, this may have to do with timezone settings. May we know what timezone you are using for your Google Calendar?
