Why is Widget is not initializing? I have tried reloading page several times.

Are you still getting the same error on your form? Could you please check again, and inform us again.
Currently, we can access widget list on your form builder.

It is possible that your browser or your network blocks the JotForm Widgets server.
As a temporary solution, you may consider using a different browser or different network for now.
