You're out of Total submissions Limit Warning

It says that I am almost out of my total submissions limit but on my account it says I have only used 6 out of 10,000!

I am on the silver package so wouldn't expec to be out of submissions anytime soon... I am about to go live on Monday with 11 forms for a large event so cannot have any issues with people registering..
